Right of Withdrawal

For contracts with consumers within the meaning of §13 of the German Civil Code (BGB)

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which the contract is concluded.

by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

Special note for digital content

Early expiration of the right of withdrawal under §356(5) BGB:

For a contract on the supply of digital content not delivered on a tangible medium (in particular the Single Report unlock and the Pro subscription features), your right of withdrawal expires if you have expressly agreed that we begin performance of the contract before the end of the withdrawal period AND you have confirmed your awareness that by giving such consent you lose your right of withdrawal upon the start of performance.

We obtain both confirmations explicitly during checkout. Until you provide these confirmations, we will not begin performance and your right of withdrawal remains unaffected. Once you provide the confirmations and performance begins, the right of withdrawal expires.
